These terms apply to use of thebakingdesk.in and purchase or use of the Home Bakery Starter Book. By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

The product and payment

The Home Bakery Starter Book is a digital PDF publication. It is not a physical book, and no physical shipment is included. It does not include personalised coaching or professional certification.

The selling price displayed at checkout is the amount charged, unless clearly stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Payment must be successfully completed and verified before digital access is provided. Third-party providers handle payment processing.

Digital delivery

After successful verified payment, you receive access to download the book. Access information may also be sent to the email you supply, so please enter it correctly. Current download links last 7 days and allow up to 5 download starts. Save your PDF for continued use.

If email or download access does not arrive, or a technical problem prevents access, contact support@thebakingdesk.in with your purchase email and order reference. We will help restore access to your purchased product. Purchase-related email is used for order, access and support communications, not automatic marketing enrolment.

Your licence

The book is licensed to the purchaser for their own use. You may read it, print reasonable copies for your own working use, prepare recipes, and sell finished baked products that you or your business prepare using them.

You may not resell or redistribute the ebook, share PDF copies or download links, upload it publicly, sell copies, reproduce substantial sections as another ebook, course or product, republish worksheets or templates as your own product, or remove ownership markings for redistribution. Copyright remains with The Baking Desk.

Recipes and business guidance

Results vary with ingredients, equipment, oven behaviour, climate, storage and technique. Identical results are not guaranteed. Practise and test recipes, and follow appropriate food-safety practices before commercial sale.

The book does not guarantee sales, profits, income, business success or specific margins. Pricing examples and calculations may be illustrative. Actual costs, demand, regulations and results vary.

You are responsible for applicable registration, licensing, food-safety, labelling, tax and local business requirements. The book is educational guidance and does not replace professional legal, tax, food-safety or regulatory advice.

Fair use of the website

Do not make fraudulent payments, bypass payment, attempt unauthorised access, abuse the website through automation, or obtain protected files without a valid purchase. Website copy, ebook design, worksheets, original graphics and publication materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party services and availability

Payment providers, email services and external websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. We make reasonable efforts to keep this website and download service available, but maintenance and temporary outages may occur. Contact support if an outage prevents access to a paid purchase.

Refunds and responsibility

You remain responsible for how you apply the guidance and run your business. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the publication or unauthorised access sharing.
